Not a SAG card, not an Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences card but a rehab punch card. The card is set aside for Hollywood’s most talented addicts. It entitles them to a free trip to rehab after the first five are paid for. Upon checking into Promises in Malibu on Memorial Day the “Georgia Rule” star declared “I’m 40% of the way to a free rehab trip y’all!”
