Carter & Spears To Team Up

Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and Former Teen Queen Britney Spears are set to go on a world tour together this summer. The “We’re still relevant tour” is designed to prove the duo’s detractors wrong. Spears wants to prove she didn’t’ peak at age 17 and Carter wants to prove he isn’t increasingly relevant as the White House said.

Spears will open for Carter. Britney will lip-synch and dance to six of her biggest hits “Toxic”, “Lucky”, “Boys”, “Sometimes”, “Everytime” and “Outrageous”. Spears’ et will end with one lucky audience member being brought u p on stage and having their head shaved by spears. When Fake Gossip News asked Spears’ manager why those six songs were chosen we were told “Britney continues to live in a fog of sex, alcohol and drugs and we were afraid she couldn’t’ remember the names of the songs unless they were one world titles.“ Yikes! Carter will follow spears. He will read poems and do interpretive dance that calls for better public education and a withdraw of U.S. Forces from Iraq. But the show stopper will come at the end of the show. Spears will come back on stage for s series of duets with Carter. Naturally Spears’ portions will be pre-recorded but Carter will sign live every night. The first duet will be “One Sweet Day” followed by “Me Against The Music” with Carter singing Madonna’s part and lastly “I Knew You Were Waiting For Me”. The tour is set to kick off at the L.A. Coliseum on the Fourth Of July.

At Last...Troop Beverly Hills Part Deux

After eighteen years in development hell cameras are set to roll on June 1st for “Troop Beverly Hills Part Deux: Nefler’s Navy”. The film has had many writers and directors over the years. Carrie Fisher, Emma Thompson and Charlie Kauffman have all taken a stab at the script but none of them could recreate the magic of the original. In fact Ben Affleck and Matt Damon tried to make it their follow up writing project to “Good Will Hunting” but even that dynamic Oscar Winning duo couldn’t flush out a workable script. The project didn’t have any better luck with directors. Steven Spielberg, martin Scorsese, Jane Campion and Jodie Foster have all been attached at one time or another to direct. In fact when a script written by Larry McMurtrey that was to be directed by Sophia Coppolla fell threw in July 2004 it looked like the sequel may never happen.

But Emmy Award Winner Shelly Long wouldn’t’ give up on her dream of reprising her all time favorite role of Phyllis Nefler. In private Long began to bang out a script with the help of “Will & Grace” co-star Shelly Morrison

who played maid Rosa in the first film. When Touchstone Pictures gave the thumbs up to the script Long decided there was only one director who could bring her vision to life. She turned to “The Brady Bunch Movie” director Betty Thomas. The reason for this was obvious. Thomas played villain Velda Plendor in the original film. Long told Fake Gossip News, “It was clear to me we needed somebody who was associated with the original to direct Nefler’s Navy. You need to be able to speak the ‘Troop Beverly Hills’ language to do the story justice. And by having Betty direct we kept the female empowerment of the original alive.”

“Troop Beverly Hills Part Deux: Nefler’s Navy” will reunited the many, many famous people who were in the original cast. Emmy winners Long and Craig T. Nelson as well as Thomas. Not to mention Morrison, Mary Gross, Kelly Martin, Tori Spelling, Dr. Joyce Brothers, Pia Zadora and Cheech Marin. Also joining the cast for the second go around are Lindsay Lohan, Winona Ryder, Mario Lopez, Julianne Moore and Michael Douglas.

In the film Phyllis prepares to retire from her own wilderness girls spin-off organization called Nefler’s Navy. She plans on handing the reins over to her daughter Hannah but everybody is dismayed when Phyllis’s arch enemy Velda Plendor reemerges. Velda has recently been named CEO of K-Mart and she tries to take over Nefler’s Navy and disband it. It’s up to Phyllis, Hannah and all original girls to find a way to stop the take over and save Nefler’s Navy. The film is set to be released Memorial Day Weekend 2008. Expect Box Office Records to be broken.

Tinkie Winkie's Revenge!!

Hard core right wing evangelical Christians were shocked and saddened last week when the Reverend Jerry Fallwell died of an apart heart attack But Fake Gossip News has learned that it was not a heart attack that killed Fallwell.

It turns out Fallwell was murdered!!! And the killer was none other than Teletubby Tinkie Winkie. For years Tinkie has yielded a great deal of hatred for Fallwell for outing him. Tinkie Winkie had thought about murdering Fallwell and king it look like a heart attack for a long time but he knew he couldn’t do it on his own. Then when Fallwell started speaking about “the myth of global warming” Tinkie had enough of Fallwell’s right wing insanity.

Over mother’s day weekend Tinkie Winkie enlisted the help of his gay lover Spongebob

Squarepants, his hippie environmental friend Pikachu and his lesbian gal pal Strawberry Shortcake to break into Fallwell’s house and kill him. In order to get into Fallwell’s house and kill him. In order to et into Fallwell’s compound they dressed up as Christians. It was easy al they had to do was wear t-shirts that said “I hate gays, Mexicans and public education”.

Once inside Tinkie smothered Fallwell to death with his purse. Strawberry Shortcake kept an eye out for any of Fallwell’s bodyguards. When one came by she kicked his ass. Once Fallwell was dead Spongebob and Peekachoo made a special potion that they pored down Fallwell’s throat. The potion allowed made it look like it was a heart attack and not a smothering that killed Fallwell. Once the potion was pored down Fallwell’s throat the four of them fled into the night.

Now that Fallwell is gone and they got away with it they group is planning on enlisting the help of Vegan Anti-War activist Barbie to get rid of a certain somebody who resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Hapy Komodo Dragon Day!!!

May 2nd is International Komodo Dragon Day!!! Fake Gossip News urges everybody to spend some time with their favorite Komodo dragon. When asked about International Komodo Dragon Day Golden Globe winner Sharon Stone told Fake Gossip News “It’s my favorite day of the year. Romy & Michele Part Deux

Fake Gossip News has received word that a sequel to the gay cult classic “Romy & Michele’s High School Reunion” is set to start filming next month. The sequel is entitled “RM20: Romy & Michel Twenty Years Later”. The film reunited the dynamic duo of Academy Award winner Mira Sorvino and Emmy Award winner Lisa Kudrow. Also back for round two are Jeanne Garafalo and Alan Cumming. The script has been kept under wraps but FGN has learned the following details about the sequel. On the same day that they receive the invitations for their 20th High School reunion Romy & Michele’s Beverly Hills Boutique is burned to the ground. When the insurance company and the police suspect one or both of them of burning the store down for the insurance money the two women have a falling out. Romy sets out to find out what really happened to their store by hiring Heather Mooney (Garafalo) who is now working as a Hollywood Private Investigator and still smoking her quick burning cigarettes. Meanwhile Michele’s marriage to Sandy Frank (Cumming) is tested. It turns out the night the boutique was burned down Sandy ran into the store to try to save some of the merchandise and was knocked out by a falling beam and fell into a coma. When he awakens two weeks later he has amnesia. Sandy has no idea who he is but he is convinced that Michele is actually Mary Tyler Moore. This leads to one of Michel’s famous dream sequences. This time she is 120 years old and Sandy still thinks he’s Mary Tyler Moore. This leads to Michele saying “I’m not the Mary” in her old lady voice. On the night of the reunion Romy & Michele again show up without each other. Romy is appalled when Billy Christiansen, who is now completely bald and toothless, approaches her wondering why she never came up to the hotel room to have sex with him ten years before. The whole reunion is shocked when Christie Masters, fresh from her divorce from Billy, shows up so pumped full of botox and collagen that her face looks life a frozen fish. The big event at the reunion comes when Heather Mooney shows up with concrete evidence that it was Christie who burned down Romy & Michel’s boutique as revenge for being humiliated at their ten year reunion. As Christie is hauled off by police she screams “Post Its. They claimed they invested post its.” To which Michele reply “Post It’s. That’s so ten years ago.” Romy and Michele make up and dance to “How Do I Live” by Trisha Yearwood. Their amazing dance routine makes Sandy regain his memory and all is well once again in Romy & Michele world. Then to top it all off Romy & Michele tying of the honor of “Least aged since the first reunion”. The film is set for release this November.
